Add collection settings to set file format options that can be passed to yt-dlp's postprocessor, like preferredformat, preferredcodec, preferredquality.

This is addressed in part by github.com/robin-mu/MusicSync@b48eb36ae4 (text field for arbitrary yt-dlp options), but there should still be a better way to edit these settings specifically
